 zooming works amazing well.on these feathers

 here I couldn't see my Bro until I edited some light to enhance the photo.. The tunnel was pitch black and the flash was the only light we had.......

  see how much of a difference can be achieved by editing, cropping, enhancing and just general messing around can create a better photo

Seeing things(P)

 While out at a student quiz at my local night club I noticed these lights. They reminded me of the pattern of pineapples...... Told you this course is messing with my head!

But I'll use as an example all the same, At the time my somewhat drunken mind thought enough to take the photos, so some relevance at the time.

So after some printing and stencil work I came to the idea of a wallpeper....I had always wanted to make a pineapple design the main feature of my juice bar as thought of a pineapple when I think of Tutti Frutti.......

 I'm I slightly crazy, Now I'm making and going into wallpaper production. What is this course doing to me! Seriously covering my walls in lining paper to create a wallpaper with the effect of pineapples YES I'm definitely mad!

mixed white with 1/3 yellow I had

stippled with a brush the mixed yellow along with the pure yellow

using a piece of old wood dragged the orange paint to create these marks

again with some wood dipped in green paint stenciled the trellis style print

if done with some actual thought could be a good strong design for a wallpaper

 I like the rough effect and the unfinished childlike look the wallpaper has! Not neat or refined in any way.

 I should write about how some artist or designer inspired my paper but in truth it was just me, myself and a pineapple.... Thinking of texture or pattern.....

Looking at the final result I think a trellis design could be a link if I had to link it to a designer

      For me these designs are to busy and to retro....

I'm not sure why this Mcdonalds Ad isnt playing but this is the song I was singing the whole time I was creating my paper.....Got rather annoying after a while but maybe added to my creative design haha....Juicy Pineapple song on you tube was what I searched to find the song.....Be warned tho does get in your head.

I'm finding I'm a visual person and need or like to see things as they'll be...I'm not very good at thinking and seeing. I've to know why, how, what and if the ideas I have will work... This is a good and bad thing as I could waste a lot of time energy and resources doing this. However, it could also influence other ideas too.

this one I don't think has the best composition. The clouds above them are to plain and the light just seems to be there... Just because you put it in b/w doesn't make it a good photo

Ok so as you can see a lot of different examples of good wedding photography and some not so great. I think to specialise in this area you would have to know what the clients expects..The settings, the time of day and year would have to be looked at. Probably the venue best looked at before the day!

Because of the nature of the day I don't think the photographer would use specialist lighting or fancy set ups! To edit and change the photos back at the office is something that must be done a lot. Having an online portfolio is also a good idea/a must in fact . The sites I visited I didn't really read to much on the photographer at first, I just looked at the work on the site..

With so much competition around to have an easy to access and up to date website is important. People want the big day to be documented forever, special something they can cherish for a long time (hopefully)
You know forever and ever.....til death blah blah blah.........
